Housing Incentive Grant Program: Pre-qualification

Subject to the terms and conditions below, the participating property owner may receive a one-time payment of $10,000 per new dwelling unit. The City of Valdez Housing Incentive Grant Program is available to those constructing new detached, two-unit, and multi-unit residential dwellings.
