State Fire Marshal Approval is required for some commercial projects. For projects requiring SFM approval, applications will not be accepted until SFM approval documentation is included.

Site Plan Requirements

The site plan must include an accurately scaled depiction of your described project. It must include measurements from all property lines in order to verify set back requirements. The City Of Valdez accepts site plans drawn with the help of our Online GIS program: https://www.valdezak.gov/752/GIS-Map-Viewer
